You're talking about a fictional creature, so it's kind of like asking if dragons really flew.
... "classic" interpretations of unicorns do not show them with wings. Only as horses with a single horn growing out of their heads. (Some think that these myths were inspired by African Rhinos)
Winged horses are mythically known as "Pegasus"

yes they do in some fairy tales. but if u can see some of them don't have wings. It depend on the story book writer.
