Your state consent age looks to be 15. Anything younger than 14 years old is statutory rape.

It would be better for you to look up your county Government websight and seek out your local laws pertaining to this issue rather than feel assured by complete strangers. Usually, if you do a search for age of consent you shoudl find what you are looking for.
More important to you in this case wouldn't be the legal issue, but the enforcement issue. It would have to be some pretty odd circumstances that someone would try to make an issue out of this.

In NC, no. You have to both be 18; even if it's consentual, it is still considered statutory rape. A 19 year old male can make out and touch a 14 or 15 year old female and even if it's consentual, the girls parents can press charges, and the male is labeled a sex offender for life, branded as a child molestor who rapes little girls. There is a HUGE difference between creepy old dude touching a 5 year old and horny teenager copping a feel from a girl.

18 years old is the age of consent. this means sexual touch with a minor under the age of 18 is unlawful interior the state of California whether the minor says it particularly is consensual. So, no that could recommend if one that is eighteen-20 has intercourse with a woman from sixteen-17 it particularly is seen statutory rape.

In New Zealand, if a man is over 16 he can only have sex with a girl who is also over 16. But if both the girl and boy are aged 12-15 they are allowed to have sex together. Young eh! (I didn't even LIKE boys when i was that age, let alone want to have sex with them!)

I'd encourage you to wait, regardless of age, until you're in a committed, loving relationship, preferably married.
