No, the baby has a much bigger chance at survival with each day in the womb. Baby can be premature and come out at 6 months but will need medical attention until organs develope for 3 more months. You might not even get to take the baby home for three months and will have to visit your baby. You need to bake your baby for as long as you can.

9 months may seem like a long time but its not really your pregnant for 10 months not 9 but a lot of people don't understand that but it is not healthy to try to have your child before 9 months but if that's the way want it walk a lot that will make your baby come faster then 9 months usually walking a lot brings the babys head down that why when time to deliver they don't want you to walk through the hospital walking may the head push down and the more you walk the more you dilate i know that is spelled wrong but you know what i mean

When the baby is ready, the baby will come. You can't just miraculously decide that you're tired of being pregnant and have the baby and force yourself to go into labor. It doesn't happen like that. The reason that labor starts at about 39-40 weeks is because the baby is fully developed and ready to grace the world with its presence and is able to survive on its own outside the womb.

it's called premature labor. It's possible and sometimes doctors will even take the baby sooner. But thats still pretty far along into the pregnancy like 8 months. Ask your physician about it. He will explain it all to you. :)
It's not exactly the funnest wait in the world, but it's worth it for a healthy baby.

What do you think? Why would ANYONE want to be pregnant for 9-10 months if they didn't have to. And believe me, that 9 months will not seem that long in the long run!

um if you try to force the baby out too early It would not be good for the baby it might be pre-mature, 9 months is not that long find things you enjoy doing as a pregnant woman and it should pass by faster...

9mths seems like a long time but it does go fast, a baby will come when there ready and it's not to healthy for a baby to come to early, unless your aprox 38weeks, anything less that that bubs lungs are not developed, so it could have some problems after birth

omg!! are you seriosly asking this question??? sure its possible i did it with my son....not purposely though...i had him at like 7 months with preterm labor and his lungs werent developed and they rushed him as soon as i had him from one hospital to another where he stayed in the neonatal intensive care unit for 2 weeks on a respirator and tubes in his belly button and ivs and everything you can imagine and it was the most horrible thing to see your child laying there like that so sure if you really wanna go through that its possible! seriously thats a really stupid idea especially since some of us would have loved to carry them full time and have them healthy! and he is 4 years old now and still has problems with his lungs!!!!

Any term shorter than about 8 months is likely to have a significant negative affect on the child.
