ZyDAS IEEE 802.11 HELP!?

I have tried to install this wireless usb adapter. It seemed to be working but there was no connection. I uninstalled it to try again but now it wont let me install it again.. just keeps asking if i want to uninstall. Plus, it will not remove from add/remove programs. Anyone else had experience with this?

Go to the Device Manager to remove the equipment, restart the computer, and then try again.
