You're from my old area! That's only about 17 miles from my old house and my rental property. I'm trying to sell the rental property in SR right now. I'd be interested, but the market sucks right now. There's no way I'm going to get $45K for an income property in Hardin County, so I can't flip it. Who are you using for a realtor? (Email me.)
