All Sen. Craig was doing was trying to get some love from across the wall. Didn't Dionne Warwick sing "What the world needs now is love, sweet love" Why does it matter if you get love and comfort in a private bathroom stall in a public restroom than a private bedroom. I mean, it wasn't like he was gonna moan and bother someone.

In my opinion, there's nothing wrong with being gay at all. But I don't think anyone should have sex in a public bathroom.

That said, I don't see how it's illegal to wave your foot under a stall wall. He's not accused of inviting a prostitute, just of inviting a companion. It's really no different than sitting in your hotel lobby and flirting with a girl.

Odd that in the United States, the word freedom is used so often, and yet people can be arrested for, like, "pre-crimes." It's almost like being arrested for revving your engine at a stoplight or owning rolling papers.

No.

I really need to know that the public restrooms I use are safe, and free of unwanted attentions.

I don't think this is what Burt Bachrach and Hal David had in mind when they wrote that song. Although I think it WAS used in the trailblazing '60s movie "Bob and Carol and Ted and Alice"!

I'd guess you're the ONLY one who hopes that the Minnesota Governor will pardon Sen. Larry Craig. But then, I suppose you're the only one immature enough to make light of something that should be considered crude and uncalled for - especially for a public servant. -RKO- 08/29/07
