what will happen if you put bleach in a gas tank full of gas ?

If the tank were almost full, the engine might keep running, albeit poorly. Bleach is mostly water and water doesn't burn. Adam and Jamie did this on Mythbusters. Bleach is an oxidizer, when you put it in your tank, it will rust out the bottom of the tank within a couple of days. It will also rust out your fuel pipes and get in your engine, where it will rust out your pistons and everything else, causing the motor to seize up and die eventually.

If you really want to ruin the engine, put the beach in your oil. This will thin out your oil and rust everything. It won't take long for your engine to completely seize and become scrap metal.

Bleach is mostly water, and water doesn't burn, therefore the vehicle would run poorly if at all once the bleach got into the lines. The tank would have to be drained and the lines cleared. Water would have the same effect of course. Nothing belongs in the fuel tank but fuel.

I'm not sure. However, when I was still working I saw people badly burned and scarred from accidentaly mixing dangerous chemicals, either improperly or by mistake. Gasoline and bleach are both dangerous chemicals. Chemical reactions are generally instantaneous. The one doing the mixing is the one who winds up either in the morgue or the emergency ward.
