Ok so I got a personal loan through a company I knew nothing about and I do not have perfect credit so I was happy they gave me the loan but now they are calling everyday even if im 1 day late and my interest rate is 96%. No debt consolidation place can work with this company and no other company will approve my loan to pay them off.
I owe $3000 to this company and I am making payments of $216/mo. I am going on maternity leave and just cant afford it but I cant afford for them to take me to court either.
Does anyone know of a company out there that can give a bad credit loan, ( i do not own a home either) to payoff this other loan company?

well i hate to say this but you best bet is just file for bankruptcy and get it out of the way == it will kill your credit but at least it will give you a fresh start!!!

But if you have some assets to offer as collateral, your chances brighten. The primary reason why people with poor credit history do not get loans is because the lenders are scared that the borrowers will default again. But if you can offer collateral, your lender is secure in the knowledge that his money is in safe hands. You have to try and meet the repayment schedule, failing which you lose the asset.

You dug this hole with the last loan. The very last thing you need is another loan. The terms will only be worse.
Your options are limited by your upcoming maternity leave. You won't be able to get a second job to get extra income. Depending on how much other debt you have, you may want to contact a lawyer to see about bankruptcy.
Your other option is to stop paying them and stop taking their calls and just wait for them to take you to court.
