I have done twice in my life. Once in 1979 when i had to go into my manager's office to ask for leave because my mother was dying and it all,came out. The other time a year last December when my supervisor asked me if anything was wrong and i explained that a dear friend only had days to live. I wasn't ashamed either time. It's just something that happened.

I don't like for anyone to see me crying. I only have one coworker and that is my boss. He has seen me cry a couple times, but it was very stressful and trying life-altering situations.
