I've gone blank as far as old ones are concerned, but for more recent ones;

Hot Fuzz: Sargeant Angel chases the thief and he turns out to be "auntie Jackie's sister's brother's boy. I'm not made of eyes"! Or it goes something like that!

Shaun Of The Dead: Battering the landlord of The Winchester with pool cues with Queen in the background; "Don't Stop Me Now."

Hitch: Where he gets the food allergy; "Is it itchy in here, or is it just me?", and where he gets angry at Vance: "I will literally break your sh*t off if you ever touch me again, mmkay pumpkin?!"

Shrek The Third: Snow White's Immigrant Song scene.

Oh, and two oldie-ish ones: The Marvin scene in Pulp Fiction; where Vincent shoots him and the chaos that ensues; soooo funny!

Steel Magnolias: Drum: "I heard she's been so confused recently, she wrote her dog out of her will and had an ungrateful son put to sleep."
"Weeza, you look happy; did you just run over a small child?"
Classic film!

John Candy and Macaulay Culkin having their "shakedown conversation" in Uncle Buck is hilarious.

I lose it during Hot Shots when Charlie Sheen fries breakfast on his woman's stomach during their "hot love scene".

Barbra Streisand creates humorous mayhem for almost two hours on What's Up Doc. When the judge tries to meet the person responsible for the big mess, her first words to the judge are: "Hello, Daddy".

Sam Kinison as the history teacher on Back To School gets a "good answer" from Rodney Dangerfield. Also love the Triple Lindy dive sequence.

There are soooo many funny scenes from films, but one that always sticks out, is in the beginning of Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas when they are driving in the desert and Dr. Gonzo needs to pull the car over because he needs an injection of drugs. The face expressions Benicio makes and the way his hands are flailing kills me everytime.

Ummmm no I didnt think that one was very funny... probably because as a woman I know waxing doesnt hurt that bad... it was WAY over exaggerated. I would have to say "The Sweetest Thing" with Cameron Diaz where they're in the restroom and she gets pooked in the eye with a D@!* from the glory hole! NOW THATS HILARIOUS!!!

hahhaha i love that movie! I just got my brother one of those talking birthday cards and it was that scene from the 40 yr old virgin. When he opened it said "ooooo como say llamo..oooooo kelly clarkson" lol. I also loved it when they kept saying "you know how i know you're gay.......". Anchorman was great when they were about to fight the other anchor teams and Brick was on the other guys side laughing. I also loved the beginning of Scary movie 3. Pam anderson and jenny mccarthy did a great job of making fun of themselves! Theres more but ill stop there!

A lot of scenes from The Great Outdoors

one: Roman comforts his girls with a horror story about an escaped psychopath who fell on a family in the woods and killed them and ate them. "So I don't want Uncle Chet's bear story to upset you in the same way."

another: Roman gets done telling Chet of his vision of a massive mining consortium with blood and toxic waste in the lake and asks Chet what he sees. John Candy's like... I just see... see trees.

it's not even supposed to be funny but Matrix 2 when Keanu Reeve's character is fighting with about 200 identical agents (Mr Smith or Jones?) then he suddenly flies up & away, something they can't do. the next couple of seconds with the agents trying to look nonchalant, hands in pockets, whistling, but not looking each other in the eye cos of embarrassment, had me wetting myself in the cinema. Made worse cos i was the only one laughing and everyone was giving me evils

I love Will Ferrell's hysterical crying in the phone booth after Jack Black punted Baxter over the bridge in Anchorman.

The scene towards the end of Van Wilder when Richard can't hold it in anymore and takes a huge crap in the trash can at the dean's office with his med school interviewers looking on...priceless!

My favorite line..."I'M BLEEDING!"
