I have done it a couple of times....but sometimes you just can't write and say thanks, because you simply can't email them.
It's a nice thought though....what do you think?

I don't. I think that you could always use the comment section if you wanted to write them and thank them though...I have doen that a couple of times.

Sometimes I do. Especially if I don't know the person I will write a thank you..

I don't know about that...sometimes, people are just jerks here in Yahoo! Answers. You know what I mean? It would be nice to do that though...

no, i do the opposite. i thank the person i gave best answer to for answering my question.
the first couple of times i tried to thank someone for giving me best answer, they didn't allow e-mail so i stopped checking.

Instead of trying to e-mail them I send either movie passes or chocaliates to everyone that gives me a best answer.

I thank them when I choose them as a best answer. I do not feel it necessary to thank them in an e-mail also.

I do sometimes If I liked their answer but not usually, I've yet to receive a thank you, tho good point!
