Has anyone else had breast tenderness while using Yaz? I am on my third week of pills in the first pack.

*cough* I was on Yaz...got it back in September.
I hate to burst everyones bubble, but I got pregnant sometime last month or this month...not sure yet as I had break thru bleeding in the second week of July in the MIDDLE of my pills :|
And yes, I took them everyday at 9:00am on the DOT! Never missed one...I was done having kids! Boy and a girl 9&10....10 months apart! lol I took it because of my PCOS...
As they say "something must have meant to be"...because obviously up until this month or last...they were working!

Yes! I take Yaz. My breasts are often tender It also has made me completely stop having periods - I've been on it almost a year, and I've barely even spotted.
It seems to work really well for the PMS/PMDD symptoms - my emotions have been a lot more even.
It sure is expensive though...

I get breast tenderness no matter what birth control pill I use. It goes away after a couple of months of use.

Any hormonal method of birthcontrol can cause this side effect. With the pill you're fooling your body into thinking it's pregnant. Sore breasts are par for the course.
