giving gay signal? what was the signal?

I heard ALL about it on the news today. There are many signals. You go inside the stall and put your carry on bag/luggage in front of you blocking that gap beneath the stall door. The prevents anyone from seeing what's going on. Then you tap, tap, tap your right foot on the floor and wait for the guy next to you to do his tap dance in response. Then you wave your hand under the stall at the guy next to you. If you're a big queer that trolls bathrooms at the airport you know this is the signal for, "Get over here and do me you big beast." The problem is so prevalent in that particular airport they have undercover police dedicated to it! Can you imagine!?!

Apparently, they said that he was in a stall, put his leg under neath the stall and then, touched the guy's leg (who happened to be a police officer) and then gave him a card that let the officer know that he was "interested" in getting together with him. Then, he peeked through the stall and saw the guy (whom he still did not know was an officer)
and saw the guy eye to eye.
The officer realized what was going on and had him arrested.
Now, they are saying that this was not the first time. That there were rumors about him that stated that he was either gay or bi and that the only reason why he married the woman he did was because she was gulliable, a little overweight and she was a secretary of his that really had no life of her own. He did that as a "cover up".

If a man stands in a stall with his feet wide apart (enough to touch the shoe of someone in another stall) that is the signal.
He also discussed what he wanted with the undercover police officer I believe.

He touched the foot of a man in the next stall with his foot. The other guy was a cop, waiting for such a signal.

You slide your foot under the bathroom stall and tap it and then you reach under the stall and tap it I think that was it.
