you should be able to peel it right off, it cannot become attached to the metal.

If you rub ice on the wax, it will harden and you can pick off the wax. Or, dip the candelabra into hot water, or pour boiling water onto it, but because brass is a VERY efficient conductor of heat, wear an oven mitt and/or rubber gloves.

Try remelting it, but be cautious of the flame leaving black marks. You can remove them fairly easily with wd40, but put it on a rag, then wipe.
WD40 may not work as well unless the candlebra is polished. If the brass is tarnished, even somewhat, with pitting and such, this will not be as viable a solution.
