What do you mean by outcast?
Satan(AKA Lucifer) was the first outcast, he was one of God's angels who turned bad and was cast out of Eden. Then Adam and Eve were cast out of Eden because they listened to Lucifer; Cain for killing his brother Abel; Job who was given he plague by God and tempted by Satan; Moses for his beliefs in God and the freedom of his people; Noah for believing there would be a flood and saying that God had warned him; Peter for converting to Christianism in the New Testament.
The list is extensive both in the New and Old Testament.

Many of the characters in the Bible would be considered outcasts from Cain to John the Apostle. Their stories are timeless tales of hope and the unending love of G-d. Take for example Noah - he was mocked and scorned for building the ark but in the end his reward was far greater - he got to live.

Everyone of the Canaanite faith. Fortunately Christians were unable (despite their best efforts) to wipe out all evidence of their existence and beliefs.
