I'd guess Australia, Britain, U.S.

The terrorists will be back given just half a chance. Targets, that's easy.
1) USA
2) UK
3) Australia
4) France
5) Any other country that has ties to the west.

Countries are always under threat. If Bush had actually focused on going after Bin Laden and not settling an old score for his father, we all might be safer.

What countries are threatened? Virtually every country is up for grabs. Terrorists are opportunists. They will strike where they can get a hit. So if it's not in New York maybe it will be US interests overseas, or a good ally or a diplomat or a friendly foreign head of state. I suppose Russia and China are safe. That's about it.
