yeah, I had to go out and buy watches which faces were all in Roman Numerals.
It does make it handy to know when you open a book and read the year it was published and all the dates are in Roman NUmerals and Movie credits at the end are sometimes written in Roman Numerals

Only when I typing an outline. But thanks to computers, it does it for me.
The only time in my entire life that I have used Roman Numerals is when you try to figure out what year a TV was produced in. At the end of every TV show, there have the production date in Roman Numerals. (a little extra tid bit of info courtesy of BlazNAZ)

No. I don't see them much anywhere... Only every once in a while... but then when I do see them, I don't take the time to figure out what they mean. My hubby has a watch with them on it... not like they are hard though.

When I don't remember the century we're in, yes they are handy. Or when I'm in Rome. Or while dealing with my royalty friends.

Yes I do...no it didn't.
I also remember when I asked
"why do we have to learn about the Spaniards?"
and the teacher said
"so when your kids ask you who they were, you'll know the answer"...
Never had children and Spaniards never came up in conversation.
