ok now lets try this one...I have a private driveway and people just park there like its their driveway? Yes i have signs up and sometimes they say they are sorry they didnt mean to (yea ok) and sometimes they say it was only for a minute?? Who cares how long your parked in MY driveway...its private! Why are people like this? I would not even for a minute block someones driveway what gives them the right?

make a big sign not outrageous but easy for people to read
the charge for parking in this [private driveway)
is $10.00 per 5 min. all license plates are recorded and photographed. if the motor is turned off it will be $100.00 in small claims court. but you have to take pictures of your sign and then you can sue them
so many times you cannot read the signs make sure you can

Cones, chains, boards with nails on them on the spot in question, a trap under a tree that pours something vile on the vehicles, a very big dog in a dog run right next to the driveway, a wooden blockade, first make it very nasty to park there. Plant bushes with good, thick thorns on either side of the drive. Set up a dog run right next to the drive and let the dog bark its head off when people park and get out of their cars. Paint the curb red, if you are able. Visit your neighbors and tell them their friends need to park someplace else, like in their driveway, not yours.
Or move to 50 miles in the middle of no where and have as much peace and quiet as you like. There is more than plenty of room outside of Ely, Elko, and other small towns in Nevada where you can have as much desert and no people as you like.

UGH! I know how you feel. I tried to get into my driveway just yesterday but couldn't because there was a CEMENT TRUCK parked in the street blocking my driveway!! I was furious and had to leave my truck in the street to find the driver to move the damned thing...

There is new house next door and all the construction people and people viewing it park in our front yard because there is no where to park.
My husband is putting out rocks/landscaping to prevent it. '
I just want to kill them.
