We have previously used many hosting companies in the past for shared, reseller and master reseller hosting and we were messed around more times than the websites were actually live. All we want is a genuine hosting company that can supply us with genuine hosting without 100's of hours downtime and has decent support. Please let us know of any you come across.

We can understand the problems that you have received from other companies regarding uptime and support etc. We have had numerous customers come to us from other companies who have messed them around and have tried us and been happy with our services. You can check out all our services we have to offer at our new website which is http://www.rarehosts.com. Our shared web hosting starts from as little as £1.25 per month and offers you 150GB disk space and 1500GB bandwidth with unlimited support.

We also offer reseller hosting and domain names at affordable prices to suit all.

I have used 1and1.com for many years. They are easy to deal with and have very limited down time (I can think of two times in 5 years). Their customer service is good too with both phone and email. Email takes about a day to respond, but I have always gotten the right answer on the first response.

I also find them very economical. While they have limits on the size of web pages, they have yet to say anything to me for when I exceed my allotment.
