Where can I publish my formulas without having to fear from someone to still my credit?
*the formulas are in probability and in progression(a1,a2...)

Well, really, if you publish it anywhere that is available to the public, anybody could go ahead and use them without giving you credit. The key is to publish them in some place that will give you credit and will also include documentation about the date of publication; that way, you can later show that you published this information before it was used elsewhere. You could publish the formulae on a personal webpage, on a webpage tied to an academic institution you are part of, or in a professional journal.
