Last year i was a loser, I was really unpopular, wore sweats and the same stuff, no make-up, wore my hair the same, didnt take alot of care in my appearance. I guess i didnt have alot of friends because i was quiet and shy. I was sick of how i was and wanted to change.
So I got alot of new clothes, stuff from A&F, hollister, and other stores. I have tons of different jeans in different washes and one destroyed pair. Accessores, for my hair and necklaces and braclets. A new perfume. I have a varity of stuff. I got some make-up from sephora that looks natural and fresh. Got my eyebrows waxed. A new hair cut with layers and side bangs. I got a pair of channel studs. And i am taking more care of my appearance then i did before. I am still the same person, a bit shy and quite but i am trying to make new friends by being more friendlier.
Will people see me differently?
Will this make a good first impression? What do you tink of this?
thanks!

Yes people will see you differently. They'll see you as a person who wants to fit in, and although you'll probably by no means be running the group, you'll get into a group even if you're the straggler. The change in clothes does that. Chances are by the end of things you may be a totally different person, if you're not concentrating on being yourself during the interactions. Because then you'd feel inclined to please and that would change your behavior altogether. it'd be like you'd want to be trained, and what they approved of you adopted as your own and what they didn't you discarded totally. That's what happens to most people in social circles. Basically the thought process behind tradition.

People may treat you differently, but I can say from experience that a new look can change how you personally feel, and that can also change how people see you. Once you change things like that and like the way you look, you will gain some confidence, and yes, you will make a better first impression on people than you might have before.

Good for you for improving your look but don't expect it to be instant fame. You have to realize how unimportant high school really is in the social sense. 20 years from now, you won't remember the friends you had or their faces and if you ran into them on the street you might not even stop to chat. Work on learning, not how you look. Make the most of who you are by developing mentally. It'll serve you better in the long run than nice clothes or makeup.

Just be yourself. Be friendly. People might see you differently, but if they already know you, it might take time for them to realize your change. Just keep being the best person you can be, and whatever you do, dont beat others down to try and come out on top.

It doesn't matter what you look like, you are your own person and if other people don't like that then that's their problem not yours.
