Tylenol is fine, but like others said no Tylenol PM. If you are unsure, it's always best to consult your doctor. They can give you all the answers and say all the right things to keep you rest assured.

Regular tylenol is fine. Extra strength only when absolutely neccesary, but no tylenol pm or sinus! Good Luck!

My doctor told me I could take Tylenol and Tylenol PM while pregnant and I did. No problems.
Tylenol is so gentle - it barely did anything for me.
Of course, follow the recommended doesage.

you can take plain old tylenol, not the extra strength and you have to go 6 hours between taking it. i was also told i could take tylenol pm to help me sleep at night if need be. but always good to double check with your doc.

My Dr said Tylenol is fine, but try to find regualr strength and don't go over the reccomended dosage.

My doctor and pharmacist both told me regular strength tylenol is just fine. I found I only needed one tablet to feel better.
