A girl i like I catch looking at me across the room like 3 times today (there was alot of people in the room) and the last time I caught her I looked her in the eyes and she looked down with her eyes then away and me and some one else were laughing about something I looked at her and she was smiling and laughing along with me. Shes not shy but she wont approach me. she seems to fix her hair and clothes all the time but maybe its just her. She did ask me what i did in class one day and then asked if it was fun . We both know each other but not well when she sees me she doesnt say hi is she waiting for me to say it to her or what

She obviously likes you. If you like her, talk to her. Say hi when ever you see her. Ask her how her day is going.
Get to know her better, when you think that it is time ask her out on a date.
