Tango is sexy because it has a lot of surprise moves and a lot of change from fast to slow and back. It has visible interaction between partners expressing strong passion.
Scent of the Woman was my favorite movie for years.... until Pirates of Carribean came out. LOL.

I think the music and rhythm are sexy. And for me (a guy) it depends on the girl dancer.
At any rate it is sexier than the Hokey Pokey or the twist.

I don't think tango is sexy.
Originally it was a dance for men only. I don't think they considered it sexy at that time.
