I just finished with my Associate of Arts and looking to move on. I live in Dayton, Ohio and I prefer something online so that I am able to work full time and be at home with my son in the evenings.

Usually, cheapest and best don't work in the same sentence. Especially not when we're talking about schools.

Take a look at the Ohio University Bachelor of Specialized Studies http://www.ouorc.ohio.edu/menu/rhp/bd/specialized-studies.htm
and see if that meets your needs.

Peru State College http://www.peru.edu/online/index.htm#.htm
has a solid reputation and their fees are very reasonable. They offer a BS in Psych online.

American Military University (you don't have to be military) http://www.amu.edu is well under $300 a semester hour and they offer a bachelor's in psychology.

UMass http://www.umassonline.net/degrees/NewPsychologyDegree.html
has a BA in Psychology online and they have a "best" reputation but they aren't "cheap".

Whatever you select - make sure the school has a solid reputation and that it is regionally accredited.

I don't know if a Canadian university would work for you, but here is a good one in Alberta. It is well recognized and has been doing distance education for a very long time.
