You need to go to an accountant. I had my business incorporated for about $700 dollars. My business failed but I wish you the best of luck with yours. You really need to shop around to find a good accountant. Some are more expensive than others.

Unless you really think you need help...which I doubt, I wouldn't contact Zero1. They charge a lot of money for something you can do yourself. Like going to your Secretary of State website. They even have free incorporation kits. Good luck!

The best place to find information about your new business is the Small Business Administration website at http://www.sba.gov

The have a large library of resources online to help you start your own business the right way, and links to various state departments you will need to access.

Best of luck to you.

I used this website to start mine:
www.mynewcompany.com

There's also this one:
www.legalzoom.com

But the other one is cheaper.
Good luck.
