...one of Jackie Chan's earliest, best and funniest is "Snake in the Eagle's Shadow", from 1978...
...a most ludicrous funny martial arts entry is the 1977 actioner, "Clones of Bruce Lee"; by the title, I'm sure you can get an idea what THIS one involves...
...how about 1988's "Robo-Vampire"?? Take the premise of "Robocop", cross it with one of those hippity-hopping chop-socking chinese vampire flicks, and well...you have some of the most cheesy martial arts meyham...
...but for some of the ludicrously cheesiest martial arts film, you just can't beat any and all of the 'Ninja' series of film, prolifically produced by Joseph Lai; this is the guy who created a genre of so-bad-they're-good ninja films, whereby in each film, he took an old school martial arts film, and spliced it with some European martial arts action footage, where the actors are dressed in multi-colored ninja suits, and in fact, wear headbands, with the word Ninja escribed on them (...naturally, so that we, the audience can tell the difference between the ninja fighters and the mafia-based business-suited martial arts fighters....Duh!!!).

The snake on the eagles shadow, its a very cool Jackie Chan old movie; it has some parts, and all are hilarious and cool. Other cool and funny one is Drinken Master, also stared by Jackie Chan.
Have you watch Kung Fu Hustle, you must have; its not old, but its the coolest and funniest Kung Fu movie, at least in my opinion.

If you want to see a really good Kung Fu movies, watch Bruce Lee's movies, they are very very awesome

I'm not a real fan, but I L-O-V-E Kung Fu Hustle - totally hilarious. I love the landlady and her cigarettes.

Action-Packed overload and it had me on the ground crying with laughter.
