Try www.hostelworld.com, I've booked a few places through this website.

You can find cheap deals starting from £80 per night staying in the centre of Paris with;
www.eurostar.co.uk
however, this is if you make a booking far in advance. also, check for their late deals. otherwise, flight and hotel deal can be much cheaper then eurostar, try;
www.expedia.co.uk
www.opodo.co.uk
www.lastminute.co.uk
again remember you need to pay for, to and from the airport transportation. (this is if you do not have your own transport)!
some budget airlines like; www.easyjet.co.uk and www.ryanair.co.uk provide flights and accommodation, but again they are getting more and more expensive! (personal opinion)!

Never been - but I booked a holiday for my auntie and uncle - they went from London to Bruges via "Eurostar" (Uncle had always wanted to go on 'Le Shuttle') - I booked online through "railbookers" and they had a wonderful time - couldn't fault the service or hotel or the train service!

I'll paste a link to railbookers for your further perusal...

Hmmmm, I tend to find Eurostar is more expensive than flying to be honest, not sure why tho!

I'd have a look at lastminute.com they usually have some really good deals, and I've always booked through them and had no problems. (I work for a travel agent too and it's cheaper than my discount!)
