Just wash them in the dishwasher or with boiling hot water. Sunlight kills yeast as well.

Your son is obviously put on antibiotics and it is a good idea that you sterilize all your pacifiers and bottle nubs. You can buy a bottle sterilizer which will probably be more cost effective in the long run of replacing all your bottles and pacifiers. You should than continue to use the sterilizer when you are washing the bottles etc..(maybe do the pacifiers once a week) Also to further prevent the infection try giving your son some sterilized (bottled) water right after he feeds, this should help clear the bacteria. Good Luck and I hope this helps

Sterilize his bottles and nipples and pacifiers if he uses those. Remember to sterilize them after every use and get a gum cleanser that you can use and brush his tongue with it too (they make it so it can fit on the end of your finger, theres also baby toothpaste that is safe to swallow and fluoride free so it wont upset his tummy) That will get rid of his thrush very quickly and help keep it away. =) Good Luck and Congrats on the new baby!!
Oh and if you have a dishwasher you can set it to dry and it will sterilize everything for you! Put the bottles on the top rack and get a basket to keep all the nipples in it while washing. Thats what I did... but if you dont have a dishwasher then you can boil water and put everything in there for 3 minutes.

no, you just need to take all the bottles and thoroughly wash them......bleach wouldn't hurt. Be sure to run them in a sterilization cycle if you have a dishwasher with that feature. Other wise, give them all (including nipples) A thorough scrub and rinse w/ antibacterial soap, & a little bleach. Boiling them in a large pot (taken apart of course) for 5 minutes would be another great way to sterilize. Thrush doesn't necessarily comfrom bottles, it comes from the milk/formula sitting in the baby's mouth or just left over residue.

Replace all pacifiers and bottles and everything the baby puts in his mouth. Some people will say just replace the bottle tops, but I would replace the bottles just to be safe. Call your peditritian to see what he reccomends what else you should replace/clean.

I believe if you boil them you will be fine.
I would get all new pacifiers but again, you can boil them too.
Just to be safe I would ask your doctor but I am almost 100% sure they will tell you the same thing.
Good luck!

I would replace the pacifiers, and sterilise the bottles - or maybe just get new tops for them.

No, you simply need to sterlize them. Place them in boiling water for 5-minutes, that will kill bacterial cultures.
