lets make it 101 ehhh...

head light-control based rackets....pros mainly use head light rackets...where theres more control and the player would need to generate the power themselves...swing speed is much faster...players need a full long swing...head light classics are like the wilson pro staff series ( currently the k factor 90 as used by fedex)...head light rackets offer much flexibility but may tend to vibrate more

head heavy---power rackets...mostly used by beginners and advanced players...muchos easy to generate power...players just need to swing and the balls gonna explode of the string bed...there is however some compromise on control here...head heavy rackets often give players a false sense of hope...because its soo easy to use it, players tend to get lazy...

anyway..hopes this helps ya out...cheers

Head heavy means that more of the weight is concentrated towards the head of the racquet. Head light means more is in the handle.

A head heavy racquet allows you to put more power on the ball, because there's more mass at that point when you hit the ball. You give up maneuverability, however. For a head light racquet, you can reverse those qualities.

Hmm. Head Heavy racquets usually have more power (i think) and are sometimes slow when i use them. Head Light has more control and i think fast for net-play. Evenly balanced is a mixture of both.
