No it's not normal.
I think anyone can tell you that. Doesn’t your wife have some issues with growing up? parental issues? is she the youngest child? only child? this activity of "butt-wiping" usually ends at about age 2 or 3... but somehow she thinks its acceptable for you to do it. I'm sure she didn't ask you to do this when you were first dating... what has changed? She could see you as parental figure and feels that this activity shows how close you two both are... but it is not healthy. There are other ways to show intimacy. This cannot be the only sign of your wife’s "issues"... my advice is to talk to a professional... not solely for this reason but for the relationship as a whole. It will bring you closer together and give you a neutral environment to express how you feel about this situation and ideally help both of you learn more about one another...
But seriously, you gotta stop, it’s not cool.
