But....found lots on the benifits lol
Reduced risk of heart disease
In a 2001 follow-up to the Queens University study mentioned above, researchers focused on cardiovascular health. Their finding? That by having sex three or more times a week, men reduced their risk of heart attack or stroke by half. In reporting these results, the co-author of the study, Shah Ebrahim, Ph.D., displayed the well-loved British gift for understatement: "The relationship found between frequency of sexual intercourse and mortality is of considerable public interest."
Weight loss, overall fitness
Sex, if nothing else, is exercise. A vigorous bout burns some 200 calories--about the same as running 15 minutes on a treadmill or playing a spirited game of squash. The pulse rate, in a person aroused, rises from about 70 beats per minute to 150, the same as that of an athlete putting forth maximum effort. British researchers have determined that the equivalent of six Big Macs can be worked off by having sex three times a week for a year. Muscular contractions during intercourse work the pelvis, thighs, buttocks, arms, neck and thorax. Sex also boosts production of testosterone, which leads to stronger bones and muscles. Men's Health magazine has gone so far as to call the bed the single greatest piece of exercise
Reduced depression
Such was the implication of a 2002 study of 293 women. American psychologist Gordon Gallup reported that sexually active participants whose male partners did not use condoms were less subject to depression than those whose partners did. One theory of causality: Prostoglandin, a hormone found only in semen, may be absorbed in the female genital tract, thus modulating female hormones.
Pain relief
Immediately before orgasm, levels of the hormone oxytocin surge to five times their normal level. This in turn releases endorphins, which alleviate the pain of everything from headache to arthritis to even migraines. In women, sex also prompts production of estrogen, which can reduce the pain of PMS.
There are many, many more benifits listed....http://www.forbes.com/health/2005/10/05/cz_af_1005healthslide_10.html?thisSpeed=6000

The short answer is No. When a male reaches puberty, several things happen to the male reproductive system to ensure healthy function.
One of the changes is that the prostate enlarges and begins a constant production of fluid. This also happens to the seminal vesicles, which are also an accessory organ of reproduction, located behind the bladder and above the prostate. Since the fluid is produced continually, the fluid must be emptied so the glands remain healthy.
If one does not empty the fluid by masturbation or sexual intercourse, one will periodically experience a "wet dream", which medically is termed a "nocturnal emission." These emissions are usually produced during a dream with sexual content (which may or may not be remembered), and is nature's way of relieving the "pressure" or congestion of the glands, The fluid of a nocturnal emission is thick, like mucus, white to cream-colored, and sticky. Nocturnal emissions are normal, and are necessary for the continuing health of these accessory glands of reproduction.
Just for some further information, when these glands are full, one may experience a sense of "heaviness" in the prostate area, and/or the testicles. This sensation is relieved by either ejaculation or nocturnal emission.

Yes, increased risk of prostate cancer.
Ejaculating 20 times per month (starting) before age 20, will significantly reduce the risk of prostate cancer.
Besides, why put up with that?
To the air head two down: I didn't say sex eliminated prostate cancer it REDUCES THE RISK (about 28% reduction) and just because you think they had a active sex life doesn't mean they were getting enough!
Since nearly EVERY man alive will develop prostate cancer (if he lives long enough) a 28% reduction is a hell of a large number. Most men die with prostate cancer but not from it.
So deary if its abstinence you want get thee to a nunnery. I want a mate that will help me save my life!

That's why you have to marry someone you really like and vice versa, you should show appreciation to that woman all her living life because she will give all the sex that you wanted. And all the time you and her wanted. if the woman is happy, she is always willing to have sex with their husband. If the husband is abusive - wife cannot be wet. It will be rape to have sex with a wife that the husband is so abusive of.

No it just makes them bad tempered!!!Sex is not strictly a basic need. and frankly i know men who have had regular sex and still suffered from prostrate cancer so there goes the cancer theory the budding specialists that answered you before me would have you believe.
Putting it in a nutshell abstinence is the only way to ensure you don't get any kind of disease. So logically no sex no dangerous or annoying STD's (everyone conveniently forgot about those).
