Along with the suggested creams/lotions I would also recommend drinking lots of water. This will easily help your skin turn less dry.

Use e45 or anything that goes on babys skin dont use any thing with high hp .

I use a cream called honey and propolis which is a completely natural product. i have very sensitive skin which blisters if i use anything on it other than this cream.
