Often, especially when around my whole family like at a holiday gathering. I attributate it to the fact that I am the youngest of 8 siblings and they being older just don't think I'd have anything interesting to say.(even though I'm an adult now, they probably will always view me as a child)

Ya it happens in everyone's life and if you really feel so then just try to avoid being with the group or person who try to ignore you somewhere someone is made for you.

What most people need to learn in life is how to love people and use things instead of using people and loving things.

Who doesn't? It's a common feeling everyone goes through.

If you're truly being ignored by someone, maybe you should determine if that person belongs in your life. No one should ever feel that way.

Good luck.

yes definitely at work. I'm the receptionist so pretty much the person who gets yelled at by customers if things don't go right, hung up on constantly, and since I can't leave my desk sit bored up front while all the salesmen are in the back of the trailer laughing and joking around.

Yes, constantly. I always have to repeat what I say & even then, it seems as if what I said is of no consequence to her, or the jury is still out on whether she thinks it's right or not, usually NOT !!! So, I don't talk to her a lot. It an exercise in futility. At leasy on here, people like you talk to me, and people seem to think I'm not stupid altogether !
