Basic jealousy begins in childhood when parents forget to take the time to pay as much (or close) attention to the older children as they pay to the newborn. When parents introduce the new baby by teaching older children to appreciate the new brother or sister, very little to no jealousy begins. If the older sibling can hold the new one in his or her lap while in a recliner or couch, it's a good start. Teach them what you are doing while bathing or diapering the newborn, and other activities, really helps.

It's how people evolve, truly. If we didn't wish for and want something better, we would never strive for the great accomplishments we have. Of course you can def go overboard with jealousy, but if it's under control, it can be a good thing.

jealous about what? People, in general, get jealous when they see others having/doing something they can't but would like to. It's the whole 'Well, I deserve that too, where's mine?' bit.

because they do not have confidence to themselves they feel that they will not be loved unless they are the best and when they see sb better they just get jealous

People get jealous cause whatever your getting is something they want and they can't have or they feel you don't deserve it... not a good thing it doesn't get you anywhere...

Natural emotion like love, hate, sadness, etc.
And of course because they are unhappy.

people get jelouse because either theirs something you have that they want , or they got it and dont want to share.
