do u prefer someone who talks loudly , attention seeking or someone who sit quietly at the corner not being bothered by anything?

Hmm... That is a tough question. It really depends on whether the girl who is talking loudly is being annoying because of it or not. 9 times out of ten they are probably just being annoying so I would actually prefer the one that is sitting quietly in the corner. She would probably have a lot more to offer than the loud-mouth anyway.

A little loud? If they are seeking my attention great, but seeking the attention of the whole room...not so great.
Confidence is good while overconfidence is just too much.
I like some one clever who can make conversation with some self assurance, just not self absorbtion.
I would make time for someone quiet, to see what they are about, but if they are just going to stay in the corner, I would look for someone a little more outgoing.

That would depend on a couple things. What kind of gathering are we at? One that requires speaking loudly? What are the two people doing (as in, WHY is one sitting quietly in the corner, and the other speaking loudly, etc.?) I don't believe just this one characteristic would give me enough information as to whether or not I would date the person.
Of course, maybe that's why I'm still single. ;-)

the one who is sitting in the corner is probably the one who is attention seeking's date.. So I would prefer the one sitting in the corner. Because you might not be able to get a word in with the other one.

I would prefer the one not being bothered by much...i find that he would be more interesting to get to know because he isn't putting himself out there so much. Loud and obnoxious attention seekers can be fun but at the same time annoying after a while its like shut the hell up already...thats just me though ;P

The quiet corner dweller- wouldn't go for the loud center of attention person that behavior would be a turn off
