If you have scene America's Next Top Model... they had a photo shoot called: Candy & Ice Cream! They were accessorized with large candies that I am trying to find!

I'd build most of them from foamboard and paint them. But you can get the lollies here

well you can make your own, use cardboard, Styrofoam, color tin foil, paint, lite weight materials
