ok so my best friend in my grade has a stepdad that we had to call CPS on for physical and mental abuse and now that we think about it and look it up we think its Sexual Abuse to I am not allowed to talk to her sys her stepdad so we have to 3 way me in now n then. But someone that already has an account on a search site for like backround criminal reports please post here. His name is William or Bill Bellows he lives in NY and his age is approx. 51 THANK YOU SO MUCH IF YOU CAN HELP!

CPS was already contacts on the physical abuse but we think it is farther than that and dont no how to find out....

stay as far away as possible.......just go to yahoo and type in 'criminal background checks' and you'll get thousands of good sites-the first listing is usually the best one!!!

You will probably have to call CPS again if you want results. What happens is if you've already filed and they've check and they found nothing, then they will dig deeper if a second complaint is made. Unfortunately you cannot do this without the help of your friend, but you can make the call annoynomously. I work as a youth counselor in Canada, as protocol, if sexual abuse is suspected CAS, in your case CPS would be contacted immediately and she would be removed from the home. Call again, make another complaint, be persistant, get your friend out asap!

If you think that your friend is being abused you may want to talk to someone like a guidance counselor in your school or the police and let them know everything that you know about him. The police would know if he has a criminal record and they would make sure that your friend is safe from him in the future.
Tell someone even if it is a teacher, they'll let you know if it is sexual abuse and they will give you advice as to what to do.
Don't worry about getting into trouble, you won't be in trouble even if your wrong. If she has concerns about what he is doing you need to get her to tell someone now or you should.
If she is afraid to tell, let her know that you'll be there for her and whatever happens she will be OK.

If you are 100 % sure than I would talk to the girl at school and ask her if she needs help. If you think she is being sexually abused than you can talk to a school advocate about this, call the police and tell them what you suspect, but make sure you are not being dramatic, because if this guy is innocent it is hard to get out from under an accusation like this. If he is quilty that throw the book at him and get her away from him.

Be careful walking into this. CPS should have already & should be asked to run such a report. Be careful posting his information up here for the sake of the privacy of your friend. My heart goes out to you & your friend. You are a great friend. Keep pushing CPS on your own stay on it.. I wish her the best!

Now that you think about it, and had to look it up its likely sexual abuse as well??? This simply doesn't make sence.

dude talk to the cops again if you think this...i'm not even kiddin this stuff has happend to me before && the best thin my bff did for me was call the cops...dude just do it again...talk to them && tell them what you think...hope things go better for her...if you need more help tell me!!
