Its a part of life to make choices. We can never be sure which path we should follow. There is no possible way to please everyone in our lives. If they really loved you than they would accept your choice of path and help you through it. As for which to follow heart or mind? Well the mind can be deceiving but it can also be right, as can the heart. The mind looks at the logic in a thing while the heart looks at the inside

Farah , most of us have been caught up in this from one side or the other....
Take a tip from someone who has been there & in fact , is going through it to some extent now....follow your heart , as long as there is an element of common sense in your decision.
Heart based decisions are always the difficult ones because often they might seem illogical at the time , but wth the benefit of hindsight , these are the ones that if they aren't acted on , cause regrets in the future .

We r all going to live once, i will choose whatever makes me happy coz on the long run it will make everybody around me happy.
"The sweetest fruit tastes sour if we r forced to eat it" just take other people out of the equation and maybe yr mind and heart will decide to go in the same direction.
Later on u can make it up to those whom u think, u'll hurt or disappoint.

I would definitely follow my heart... that's what is true. It doesn't matter what your mind tells you because it can play tricks on you and you make yourself believe something that isn't right.
Trust me... I have been through this myself and almost lost my soul mate. We weren't together at the time but he wanted to be with me and I was with another guy and I was too ignorant to listen to my heart. I really wanted to be with him and I finally saw sense and gave up my other guy.
So glad I did now because we're engaged and have a beautiful baby boy. I wouldn't change anything in the world...

it's a great responsibility to follow your heart because you will lose the encouragement of your Friends then.
so you will be totally alone except for your god, you have to be so strong to do such a thing.
as for me i always follow my heart, and i am OK with the results.

if it's not haram , I'll follow my heart , and I'm ready to take all the consequences , but I must fight for someone or something that won't let me down .
