The truth commercials say "whudafxup" in them. You couldn't do that 10 years ago on TV.
However, about 12 years ago, when Jacksonville, FL first got a modern rock station (just shows how behind that city is), they used to not censor a lot of their songs. They used to play "Closer" by Nine Inch Nails and "Jeremy" by Pearl Jam w/o bleeping the f word. That lasted for a couple of months.

It has gotten so bad that I don't even listen to the radio when my grand kids are in the car anymore. Every since my 9 year old asked me what erectile dysfunction was cause he heard a commercial about it, I started playing c.d.s and that is all when they are with me. lol

They just keep talking as to not draw attention to it, sometimes things slip through but if they stop the show to acknowledge it it will cause more trouble.

That must depend on where you live. Here in Georgia everything is censored but then it's the "bible belt".
