DUDE! I agree with you, I am me and nothing and no one else! I don't label people aNd don't like to be labeled. To many people in this world following the other. I see 10 going in one direction, i go the other way. Be yourself and never become a label. High five in the sky.... PEACE....

I think the only labels that count are the ones you choose to use to describe yourself by. Of course the ones other people use to describe you provide you with information about how people see you and you can think about what image you are presenting to others and whether or not you want to try to alter that. Most people labelling you do not know the Real You so what they are saying is only about what they perceive or imagine about you but the importance of that is in the fact that it can influence how they behave towards you.

Most people, especially young people like to project an image, it's a way of expressing themselves. I don't mean to pick on young adults because adults also do it. It takes a great deal of maturity to look past the dress and attitude to get to the real person. That in itself may take alot of patience ,trust and understanding by both parties.

McCain wants his cake and to eat it too. He wants to lower taxes and start new wars. Who's going to pay for this? You and your children. Obama wants to put a better image out there of America. He wants to make it so you will be able to visit other countries without being spit on and despised. Just remember, it is 1000 times more likely that you will die from a heart-attack or cancer than from a terrorist attack. Refuse to be ruled by fear!

it depends. some people actually do fit their description. others are a little harder to label. i think terms such as preppy or emo are just descriptive terms used to explain someone's appearance, not really who they are.

No - I'm usually considered as "Google" because I know more than what I'm supposed to. I don't enjoy learning because it seems fun - I do it so I'll have a better chance for a better future.
But then again, as Bill Gates said: "You learn most from your unhappy customers".

Nope....be what ever you want and don't conform to the boxes other people try to put you in. Do what makes you happy as long as it's not hurting anyone else.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. People tend see what they want to see - you know who you are and you have to believe in yourself. Screw everybody else and their opinions!
