Well I like David Wright more then Chipper Jones.
I would pick Ryan Braun over Ty Wiggington.
And I would definitely take A-Rod over Ryan Zimmerman in a heartbeat.

In the options you give us most people would have to say arod just because "he will pass barry". but the fact is, arod is a shortstop, and given the chance between 3rd or short on a new team (so as not to hurt derek's feelings) he would take short. I would have to go with ryan zimmerman because he is still really young, has proved himself as a .300, 20-30hrs, over 100 rbi's, and hew errors (wright a close second). i don't give this to wright because he has only proven himself for 2 years on a really good team. chipper is not consistent (he's great this year, but it is a contract year). And the same for Braun, he has proven a good rookie season, but he is still a rookie that has to prove he is that damn good with bill hall, geoff jenkins, and prince fielder. Zimmerman is my choice.

Depends on what you mean by best... Offense? Defense? Homeruns? Average?
Not a fan of ARod all that much but he is the best power hitter of the bunch.
Wright and Jones are the most reliable at the plate considering career average, OB%, and RBIs. So I would go with Wright or Jones.

Wright (steals bases, hits for power, stays healthy. Chipper is good but not great like he used to be and is hurt ALL the time.)
Braun (same as David Wright, a phenom. Wiggy is above average.)
A-Rod (love him or hate him in my case HATE but kid is phenomenal.)

Braun has no business on this list. How is almost 20 errors a good 3rd baseman?
