So a Republican who has sex with men is OK as long as he doesn't call himself gay. I guess it is the label that they hate, not the acts.
The logic seems a bit too GOPish to me.

Apparently it didn't. Larry Craig was found guilty of misdemener disorderly conduct, so he wasn't shielded from any illegal activity.
And speaking of car drivers. Let's talk about your hero Ted Kennedy. Driving a car off a bridge where a women drowned. Fleeing the scene of an accident and not calling in a report of the accident for 10 hours.

No, it will not sheild you as long as you do what the undercover cops have mapped out as sexual advances, than you saying that your not gay doesn't sheild you in anyway.
You make may not be gay but wirth your actions in the restrooms your asking for unnatural sex, even though you may just be bisexual. But, you say your guilty of this actions in the restrooms get booked in, you can't turn around and try to lie and say your not guilty, it just don't work that way.
