What are the best stores/brands to find cheap and excellent quality clothes for young women?

I love to shop for my expensive label brands on ebay. I will go into the stores and try on different sizes to make sure I know what will fit, and then I'll just surf ebay looking for the best deals. You can get the best brand names for a lot less money. And if it doesn't fit or I don't like it, I just resell the item. All I lost is a little time.

If I'm in need of something immediately, I always check out Kohls, TJ Maxx, and Marshalls first.

T.J Maxx is a really good place to look because they have such a variety from all kinds of stores.

THere prices are really good too!
I got a top a couple days of go that was $7 (on sale even more than when it arrived) that was $59 in the store.

Its nice because you know that you aren't spending a lot of money and the clothes are still new.

-Papaya. They have the cutest stuff there!
-Wet Seal also is great. I bought 2 whole outfit there the other day (2 plain shirts, 2 tube tops, 2 jeans), and it all cost only $30. (it was on sale.)
-If you can find it, 5-7-9. I absolutely LOVE that store. I bought jeans from there 2 years ago, and it still fits me good.

Mervyn's, Ross, Target & even Wal-Mart are all good stores for decent clothing at reasonable prices. Mervyn's is usually the most expensive of these 4 stores, but they do have sales every now-and-then.
