Seal now or do I need to wait a while before I seal it. I f I need to wait then how long do I wait?

new treated lumber will not absorb too much, because it is already treated. Pour a little water on a board, and if it beads up and doesn't soak right it, it doesn't need to be sealed at this time.

I would wait about 2 weeks of good dry weather and then treat it. The lumber needs a little time to dry out.

For treated lumber, I would wait at least a month. You can use Thomsons but there are better products.

I'd do it now. but it depends on your weather and if its good and dry.

sure, make sure its for the exterior and water resistant.
