Depends where in Kentucky you are. If you're in the eastern part, just drive across NC on I-40 until you hit Wilmington. If you're in the western part of the state, go south to the Gulf Coast.

I don't know where in KY you would want to start from but according to Mapquest, starting in Louisville and going to Virginia Beach is 10 hours and 34 minutes (670.85 miles). Starting in Louisville again and going to Myrtle Beach in SC is 10 hours and 38 minutes (652.04 miles) Hope this helps.

That depends on where in KY you live. The eastern part of KY would be closer to Virginia Beach area but western KY would be closer to go to the Gulf Coast.

find a city you want to go to and map it. Yahoo maps will even give you estimated distance and driving directions.
