i had fried ice cream many years ago, at least 20, and it didn't have raisins. glad you stipulated at mexican restaurants, because i hadn't seen it in years!

Good god, what did they feed you? It's always been plain vanilla sans raisins when I've had it. Gargle with espresso, that'll get rid of it.
