Most companies frown upon dating within the company. However, if your company does not, then ask her to join you for an after-work drink one night. And don't make the point of the "date" to get into her pants. She might have more to offer you.

Proceed with caution. For starters, if she has the same boss or works in the same department as you do, you're better off not going there at all. Don't even ask her out if that's the case.
As for getting into her pants, that's between you and her. If after spending some time with her, you find that she's not the type to immediately get down and do the horizontal mambo, you should respect that and let her set the pace OR move on if what you're after is a quick roll in the hay.

That does sound like a sure fire course to a harassment suit. What you could do is ask her out and see if she's looking for something casual as you are. You also might want to find out what she's like first so that if you do the casual route she doesn't become a nutcase after and make work unbearable.

These are 2 totally separate questions...
1. The best way to ask her out is to walk up to her and say, "I would like to take you to lunch - would you like to go to that sushi place tomorrow?"
2. As far as getting into her pants, that might be an awkward question, but try this: "I really like those pants you have on - would you mind bringing them in to work tomorrow and letting me try them on?? Just to see if they look good on me..."
She might think it's weird, you being a guy and all, but hey, to each his/her own.
Or you could just ask her where she bought them and go into the store yourself...

Find out where she likes to go to unwind
Offer to take her to such a place in an unassuming way
Get her nice and drunk, while you stay relatively sober
Give her a ride or accompany her home
If she lets you in, you'll probably be able to get in her pants

thats kind of desperate and pathetic if you ask me.. but i guess you cant expect to much from horney guys..
well, i guess you should just be nice to her, be honest and act like you care, even though you obvously dont. And dont try to rush it to much, because if a girl knows that all you want is sex then you're most likely not going to get it anytime soon unless she is using you for sex also.
