My soul feels glad in the evening time when I'm sitting outside listening to nature just relaxing. It feels glad when I see my family smile. It feels glad when I've done something to inspire or help another. It feels glad when I know I've given all I can... when I watch a baby laugh n play... looking at the moon and stars on a clear night... knowing no matter what people love me and care for me. Something as small as a butterfly hanging around me for awhile. and definately.. my love for music. I guess many, many things make it glad for me, huh? lol there's a million more. Have a good one baby doll.

Total RELAXATION! I love putting on great music, Pink Floyd, Smashing Pumpkins, Jane's Addiction, pouring an oversized glass of my favorite wine (Pinot Grigio), lighting candles, and just being. Sometimes I'll even meditate or hop in a hot bath.
