Why? There are certain things one can take for granted when you have company equipment. Company email will be checked, Phone records be looked at, Cell phones are for company business, Company credit cards are for company business.

All cell phones have a built in "tracking device". Whenever your phone toggles with a cell tower, it is recorded by the phone company.

If by tracking device you mean a GPS enabled phone.....no they dont have to tell you...the information is in your owners manual....and most phones have a label right on them
